ZEROÂ TOÂ PEDALING
Learn to ride a bicycle without shame or falling*
The complete step by step digital course created by a certified instructor who has helped 180+ adults learn to balance and pedal.
*Falling is not needed to learn. A few students out of the 180+ had minor falls due to being too hasty during practice contrary to guidance given. They quickly resumed learning after.
You want to ride with others, but feel nervous about learning and falling.
Do any of these sound familiar?
"I tried learning from a friend or family member and failed. They got frustrated with me for not learning quickly enough."
"I fell when learning before. The fall led me to feel scared when I think about getting on a bike."
"I did not learn to ride as a child. As an adult, I learn physical skills slowly."
If any of these sound like you, you are not alone. The reason you did not learn before is not because youâre clumsy, âtoo old,â or "too slow" at learning. You were not given a complete, tested, and safe way to learn from preparation to practicing on a bike.
Hi! Iâm Jianhan
I learned to ride the hard way over weeks with repeated falls, bleeding, and thinking it was not going to be for me. A friend of mine learning starting after me fell less and got to pedaling faster. Somehow, it clicked for me just before I was going to give up. And riding felt magical.
As a certified League Cycling Instructor since 2017, I helped 180+ adults and 40+Â children learn to balance and pedal. Nearly all of them learned without falling. And many learned faster than they expected.
While I enjoy helping people learn to ride in person the way I wish I got to learn, 6% of adults in the US cannot ride a bicycle according to a YouGov Survey in 2015. Thatâs more than 14.8 million adults. There are not enough trained and active instructors to teach that many in-person. Through practical digital courses, training programs, and resources, I want to help more adults learn easier and faster without the repeated leg scrapes and embarrassment I went through.
